		<description>To see the huge impact that the proposed tidal power scheme on the river severn would have in respect of boosting Britain's renewable energy use, have a look at http://www.renewables-map.co.uk. Of the 28GW of renewable power that has been built or is being planned, the severn barrage represents 1/3 of it!
Another consideration is that with rising sea levels, the threatend wetlands will be drowned, so they are going to go whatever - lets at least get some use out of the area!</description>
