		<description>at 5% actual efficiency (not just theoretical, hand maintained, or low volume) we would need to COVER 1.12% of the earth&#039;s surface with collectors to provide USA standard of living energy to all 8 billion people. Not allowing for latitude or cloudy days.

Do you think sucking 1/20th of the energy from 1.12% of the Earth&#039;s surface might cause WEATHER changes? you bet. Global weather change the hard way. But at least it would be cooling right?</description>
